Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Lovel Up. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• You are not prohibited from using the Services under applicable law.
• You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

2. Account Registration

To use key features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain and promptly update your information.
• Keep your credentials secure and confidential.
• Notify us of unauthorized account access.
• Take responsibility for activity on your account.

3. Community Guidelines

You agree not to:

• Post deceptive, unlawful, or harmful content.
• Harass, threaten, stalk, bully, or exploit others.
• Post hateful, discriminatory, violent, or sexually explicit content.
• Upload, request, share, or promote child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexualized content involving minors, or attempts to exploit minors.
• Share, threaten to share, request, or distribute intimate images without consent.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Use the Services for spam, scams, or unauthorized advertising.
• Collect personal data from other users without permission.
• Circumvent safety tools, moderation, or technical protections.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit, post, or upload. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and improve the Services. You represent that you have the rights and consent needed to share your content, including any photos, screenshots, messages, or other materials involving another person.

If you use AI-powered tools, you are responsible for the content you submit and for how you use the output. Do not submit private messages, images, or personal information unless you have permission to share them.

5. Safety

We work to maintain a safe community, but we cannot guarantee the identity or conduct of any user. You are responsible for your interactions. We recommend that you:

• Use caution when sharing personal information.
• Meet in public for early in-person interactions.
• Inform someone you trust of your plans.
• Report suspicious or inappropriate behavior in-app or via support.

Reports involving child safety, exploitation, grooming, or non-consensual intimate content are prioritized for review. We may remove content, restrict accounts, preserve evidence where lawful, and report to law enforcement, NCMEC, or other appropriate authorities where required or appropriate. 6. Purchases and Subscriptions

Lovel Up offers premium products, including subscriptions and one-time in-app purchases. If you buy a paid product:

• Billing is handled by your app store account (for example, Apple App Store).
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before renewal.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your app store account settings.
• Refunds are managed by the applicable app store provider and their policies.

7. Intellectual Property

Lovel Up and all associated trademarks, branding, software, and content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Services.

8. Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms, create risk for users, or where required by law. You may delete your account in-app at any time. After termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE MATCH RESULTS, USER BEHAVIOR, OR UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE SERVICE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOVEL UP AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, REVENUE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. If we make material changes, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
