Get Help With Account, Purchases, and Safety

Before You Contact Us

Account / Sign-In Issues

  • Confirm you are using the same sign-in provider (Apple or Google).
  • Update Lovel to the latest version.
  • Try sign-out then sign-in again from app settings.

Profile Issues

  • Update profile fields from the Lovel app where possible.
  • If profile details do not look right, include your sign-in email when contacting support.
  • Profile code and QR shirt lookup tools are paused on the website for now.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Manage Subscription

  • Manage or cancel in your App Store account subscription settings.
  • Use "Restore Purchases" inside Lovel premium settings after reinstall or device switch.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policy.

Account Access and Data Deletion

  • In-app deletion path: Settings -> Account -> Delete Account.
  • If you cannot access the app, email lovelupapp@gmail.com with your sign-in email and request.
  • Some data may be retained where required by law, fraud prevention, or safety obligations.

Safety and Abuse Reports

For harassment, threats, impersonation, suspicious activity, child safety concerns, or non-consensual intimate content, use in-app reporting first so we can capture relevant evidence, then email us for urgent follow-up. Child safety and intimate image reports are prioritized for review.

Contact Checklist

Include this so we can respond faster:

  • Sign-in method (Apple, Google, email) and account email.
  • Device model, OS version, app version, and timezone.
  • Exact error text, failing URL or code, and screenshots if possible.
  • For purchases: transaction or order reference and purchase date.
