This Privacy Policy explains how Lovel Up ("Lovel Up," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our mobile app, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

  • Profile and Content: Bio, prompts, interests, preferences, and content you upload or share.
  • AI Feature Inputs: Text, screenshots, profile photos, prompts, conversation context, or other content you choose to submit to AI-powered tools.
  • Messages and Interactions: Messages, likes, passes, matches, blocks, and other in-app activity.
  • Location Data: Approximate or precise location (with your permission) for local discovery and nearby features.
  • Usage and Device Data: Device type, OS version, crash/diagnostic data, and feature usage analytics.
  • Purchase Data: Subscription or in-app purchase status from payment providers (for example, Apple and RevenueCat).

  • Enable messaging, social features, and gameplay features.
  • Provide AI-powered profile, photo, and conversation coaching when you choose to use those tools.

  • Improve quality, performance, and reliability.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information:

  • With Other Users: Profile information and content you choose to make visible in-app.
  • With Service Providers: Vendors that help us host, authenticate, process purchases, provide AI processing, monitor reliability, or provide support.
  • For Legal and Safety Reasons: If required by law or needed to protect users, rights, property, or security.
  • Business Transfers: During merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or asset sale activities.

AI Features

Lovel Up may offer optional AI-powered tools for profile feedback, photo feedback, conversation suggestions, or similar coaching. Some processing may happen on your device when available. When cloud processing is needed, the content you submit may be sent securely to service providers, including OpenAI, to generate the requested result, support reliability, and help us protect the Services from abuse.

Do not submit screenshots, messages, images, or other content unless you have permission to share them. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete, and you are responsible for how you use them.

Retention and Security

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect data. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access, correct, export, or delete your personal information.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
  • Opt out of promotional messages.
  • Disable location sharing in your device settings.

Lovel Up is intended only for people age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. We may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border data transfers.
