Child Safety Standards

Lovel Up is an adults-only dating app. Users must be at least 18 years old. We do not allow child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexual exploitation, sextortion, trafficking, or any sexualized content involving minors.
Prohibited Conduct
- Creating an account while under 18 or helping someone under 18 access Lovel Up.
- Uploading, requesting, linking to, promoting, or describing child sexual abuse material.
- Grooming, coercing, threatening, extorting, or attempting to sexually exploit a minor.
- Soliciting sexual conversations, images, or meetings involving minors.
- Moving child exploitation activity to or from another platform.
How To Report
Use the in-app Report User flow and choose Child Safety or Underage User where available. You can also email our safety contact at lovelupapp@gmail.com . If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
Our Response
- We prioritize child safety reports for moderation review.
- We remove violating content and restrict, suspend, or ban accounts when appropriate.
- We may preserve relevant evidence where lawful and necessary for safety review.
- We report apparent child sexual abuse material or exploitation to NCMEC, law enforcement, or other appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.
- We cooperate with lawful law enforcement requests.
